Eti Aluminum Turkey
As Turkey’s only integrated aluminum plant capable of aluminum from ore as well as handling production from mining to final product, Eti Alüminyum A.Ş. contributes significantly to the regional and national economy.
Eti Alüminyum A.Ş., the only primary aluminum producer in Turkey, was taken over by Cengiz Holding in 2005 within the scope of privatization.
The plant is still being renovated and has been almost rebuilt from scratch with an investment of USD 580 million since privatization.
After almost facing closure during the privatization period, Eti Alüminyum A.Ş. today provides 10% of Turkey’s aluminum at its Konya Seydişehir facilities.
Eti Alüminyum A.Ş. offers a wide range of products, from window frames to aircraft, which find their way into many locations across Europe. Following its acquisition by Cengiz Holding, Eti Alüminyum A.Ş. started to provide aluminum hydroxide, aluminum oxide and other by-products obtained during filtering or decomposition and almost 400,000 tons of these products are produced each year and exported to 75 countries. 82,000 tons of aluminum, a significant part of Turkey’s annual requirement of 600,000 tons, is produced at Eti Alüminyum A.Ş. Seydişehir Integrated Plant.
Arslan Aluminum
2019: The first phase of the facilities planned to reach 240.000 tons/year capacity in the Foundry will be completed in the second half of 2021 as 180.000 tons/year.
2021: As of 1 April 2021, our foundry has reached 180.000 tons/year aluminum billet capacity. Our 2nd vertical powder coating plant was comissioned in December.
2022: As of June 1st, our foundry will reach 240.000 tons/year capaxity. The capacity of our powder coating plant reached 2.500 tons/month.
At the end of 2022 Arslan Aluminyum’ s theoretical capacity has reached 5.200 ton/month in aluminum profile, 1.450 ton/month for anodic oxidation, 1.250 ton/month for powder coating, 375 ton/month for decorative film coating unit , 15.000 ton/month for aluminum billet production.
In 2021 company’s sales and marketing departments will continue to work on turning theoretical capacities into actualized capacities.

Yavuz Aluminium Billets
Yavuz Aluminum has started its Aluminum billet casting activities in 1992 by Mustafa YAVUZ in Kaynarca/Istanbul with capacity of 600 tons per month.
3 years later, in order to meet needs of rapidly growing aluminum market Yavuz Aluminum facilities are moved to Hadımköy/Istanbul in 1995 and capacity increased 4000 tons per month on a 4500 m2 area.
In 2021, Melting Furnace (50 tons) and Homogenization Furnace (40 ton) are added to facilites, with this improvement capacity increased to 9000 tons per month. Yavuz Aluminum also has another facility (10000 tons per month capacity) whose construction has just been completed in Çorlu/Tekirdağ .
Vig Metal
VIG Metal has been established for the production of sheets and coils of the lightest metals, aluminum and magnesium, in 2006 in the Industrial Zone – Kutahya/Turkey.
It has started its operations with the production of the world’s first 1500mm wide magnesium sheets with a twin roll continuous casting machine in 2008 (an annual capacity of 5000 mton/year). Still VIG Metal Magnesium division continues its R&D studies on cost effective production methods and surface quality improvements in magnesium sheets.
In 2010, VIG Metal magnesium division has started to produce components for self-defense industry in gravity magnesium sand casting system.

Bor Aluminum was founded in 1997 with its own facility in Çerkezköy / Tekirdag. Our company’s first step in the industry was the production of ingot casting.
Bor Aluminum started to manufacture billet casting to get the needs of Turkey’s demands after one year from ingot casting. Almesan
Almesan Aluminum started its commercial activities in 1994, decided to make its first industrial investment in 2008 and to continue as industrial entity. It has completely purchased a Canadian facility producing for the important automotive manufacturers of North America, and moved the facility to the current location in Arslanbey Organized Industrial Zone, and started its production activities since 2009 with a successful commissioning process.

Onat Aluminum Profiles Manufacturer
ONAT was founded in 1993 as a private, family owned company in the Alemdağ District of Istanbul for the production of aluminum profiles.
The two brothers, Hasan Ayhan and Hüseyin Orhan Çeliker ended their extrusion presses construction company with a final 750 ton press to create and start up their new enterprise for the production of aluminum profiles.
In 1997, with the elder brother Tanju Çeliker, who has a doctorate from the University of RWTH Aachen-Germany, joining his brothers in the business, the company reached its current shareholdership.
