EPP (EPS) Shape Molding Machine series

2.Because of giving constant steady force to the frame by arranging a main cylinder and four pressurization type cylinders, it’s perfect to maintain shape of product and make the greatest effect of pressurization by using independent check valve3.In case of being require for replace old Tie-Rod and Bush in the machine, it’ll bring the cheaper cost of repair by manufacturing to repair without breaking up the machine.4.The equipping oil Seal combined with bush makes both of cleanness and steady grease supply, so Bush and Tie-Rod can be extended life span(can have a long life) and it makes production without inferior goods cause of not polluted grease.5.The machine has automatic controller(in the control panel) for returning of residual materials from inner hopper to charging silo when not in operation, so it prevent producing inferior goods with mixed materials.
EPS Block Presser
it pressed with same pressure to entire block, I develop its flexibility and Sound blocking and impact absorption factor. With this character It can be used for sound blocking material or other purpose instead of EPP.

Full Automatic Pressurized batch Pre-expander
The quality level of EPS product largely depends on expanding process of EPS beads. Even flow of saturated steam into the expanding vessel leads to homogenous bead size distribution in the pre-expanded beads. And SUNGHOON pre-expander is controlled through high-performance PLC.
1. The Material dosing & weighing unit guarantees consistency in material volume by using a load cell and indicator.2. A level master sensor controls the level of expanding material and density variations of expanded beads to ±1%.3. Fluid bed dryer evaporates bead moisture and prevents thermal shock.4. In case of power faliure during the expansion cycle, steam is cut off and air is automatically applied to the expander chamber in order to prevent bead lumping.5. Operator-friendly Touch Screen Control system allows you easy operation as well as self-error checking, alarm, position detecting.
