How to Use the WhatsApp Assistant
Step 1: Write & Format
Go to the Editor tab. Select your Source Language (the language you are writing in). Type your message in the main text box.
Use the Toolbar above the text box to make text Bold or Italic.
Use the Emoji Bar to add professional icons like 📦, 📄, or 🤝 to make your message stand out.
Step 2: Translate
Click the blue 🚀 Translate & Preview button. The tool will generate cards for every supported language below the editor.
Tip: You can see how the message will look inside a WhatsApp bubble before sending it.
Step 3: Save as Template
Don’t type the same message twice!
Give your message a Template Name (e.g., “First Contact – Europe”).
Select or create a Category (e.g., “Introduction”).
Click 💾 Save.
Your message is now stored in the Template Library (accessible via the large blue button in the sidebar).
Step 4: Send to WhatsApp
Find the translation you want to send (e.g., Spanish).
Click Copy to save it to your clipboard.
Or, click the WhatsApp button to automatically open WhatsApp Web with the message pre-filled.
Step 5: Backup & Sync (Important)
Since this tool values your privacy, data is saved in your browser. To prevent data loss or to use your templates on another computer:
Go to Settings.
Under File Synchronization, click 🔗 Connect File.
Create or select a
.jsonfile on your computer.Click Here to Learn How to do this. (Very important!!!)Now, whenever you click “Save Settings,” your templates are safely stored on your hard drive.
4. Pro Tips (Optional Add-on)
💡 Pro Tip for Power Users: If you want the highest quality translations for formal business contracts or sensitive offers, go to the Settings tab and select OpenAI (ChatGPT) or DeepL as your translation engine. You will need to enter your own API key, which is stored locally on your device.
📂 Permanently Saving Your Data (JSON File)
Because this tool is 100% private, it does not send your data to a server. To ensure you never lose your work and to store your data permanently on your computer, follow these simple steps:
STEP 1: Create the First File You don’t need to create a file from scratch.
Go to the Settings tab in the tool.
Find the Backup section at the bottom.
Click the 📥 Download button.
A ready-made file named
wa_backup.jsonwill be downloaded to your computer.
STEP 2: Connect the File Link the downloaded file to the tool.
Move the downloaded file to a safe folder (e.g., My Documents) where it won’t be deleted.
Go to Settings > File Synchronization in the tool.
Click the 🔗 Connect File button and select that file.
You will see a “File Connected” message on the screen.
STEP 3: Don’t Forget to Save Write your changes to the file.
Whenever you add a new template or change a category…
Click the 💾 Save Settings button in the Settings tab.
This action writes all your new data directly to that file on your computer.
This way, even if you clear your browser history, your data will never be lost!
